We employ shopify payment ( www.shopify.com.au) for online payment with SSL. We will not be responsible for any damage and losses of customer's credit card.

 


Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try our best to suit your request, but please understand that your order will be treated as a "Return" if you contact us after your order has been dispatched. We are sorry that we are not able to accept cancellation for custom orders


Returns

Customers satisfaction is our key focus. 
Our return policy is limited as flowers are natural products, but we will try to accept your returns if your order is
 1. online stocked item
 2. contact us within 24 hours receipt of delivery
 3. we can receive return items within 14 days by Australia Post
The customers have the responsibility to pack and send back the product to keep the original condition. Both way of the postage cost* will need to be paid by the customer.
* even if you are offered free or discounted shipping, we will claim actual postage by Australia Post

Our product is sensitive and fragile and is packaged in a way that supports the contents of the product. We won't be able to accept returns once it is out of the original condition. The product must be not damaged at all.
We will refund your money excluding actual delivery cost after confirmation of safety arrival.
We are sorry that we are not able to accept returns for custom orders. 


Postal Delay / Loss
Australia Post and Go Pepole are reliable forms of delivery, but if you do not receive your order within 7 working days after dispatch or on the day for local courier, please notify us via email at hello@fleuri.com.au with your order number. We will try our best to fix the problem.

Postal Damage I Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Order Terms and Conditions

 

We carefully create your custom orders as we discussed and worked hard to finalise them to the best of our abilities. We share photos to customers before we dispatch if customer request. But please understand that we won't be able to accept large changes, cancellations, or returns for custom orders after finalisation. They are specially designed just for you.

Advance order / pre-order Terms and Conditions
Advance order such as events and wedding et. require 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment invoice will send out on 14 days before dispatch day and that is not refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 

 

Accuracy of colours
We try our best to represent the colours as close as possible on our website, but there will be differences between colour settings of different visual display units.


Title and Risk in goods
The title of our products, responsibilities, and any risk causing by our products, will be mentioned when you complete placing your order. Maximum limitation of the responsibility to our goods cannot be greater than your purchased price in any circumstance.

  • Naturally dried items are created by air-drying plants, while preserved items undergo a treatment process that involves the use of chemicals. Our preserved flowers are primarily treated with a glycerin-based solution and do not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde. However, even non-toxic products can cause unexpected reactions depending on individual sensitivities. Customers purchase at their own discretion and responsibility.
  • We work with natural products, and individual responses may vary. Some people may have allergies to specific plant types, and we are not responsible for any health-related issues that arise from our products. Please ensure you understand your own sensitivities before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by the Shop.
  • If bank transfer is chosen, payment must be made within 3 business days; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days after confirmation.
  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time before dispatch.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or courier circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
  • However, in the case of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
