Small to medium vase arrangements can be shipped to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT.
For large arrangements, we offer local pick-up or local courier delivery only to help ensure they arrive safely. Availability is noted on each product page.

Unfortunately, vase arrangements cannot be shipped to WA, TAS or NT.

For postal shipping, our guarantee applies to the dispatch date only, as the exact arrival date is outside our control.

Wrapping
We wrap our bouquets and arrangements using jute and ribbon. For flower stems, we use kraft paper paired with jute string. We believe our product wrapping is ideal for gifting purposes.

Delivery / Pickup Packaging
We promise to pack them in the best way for safety arrival. Most of flowers will be tightly fixed on the delivery boxes.

We may replace certain elements with others of equal or greater value to ensure the beauty of the arrangement. Additionally, to enhance the overall appearance and longevity of the flowers, we may use wooden or wire stems for added support or flexibility.

For stocked flowers or vases up to $300, custom orders can be finalized within 3 working days. However, larger orders for events require at least 8 weeks' notice. Please note that custom orders may not be available during peak seasons.
